Pantac RRV Hydration Pack - worth the money?

good morning everybody. i do have an urge to upgrade my pantac's RRV and the rrv hydro pack from pantac seems really tempting. but it is quite expensive: http://cgi.ebay.com/Pantac-RRV-Hydra...ayphotohosting

pantac page: http://www.pantacgear.com/pantac.gea...ductid-57.html

thats $120 including shipping (EMS Express (Hong Kong Post). im just asking for advice and would like to know what do you think about this product. i do have a genuine 3 litre (or is it 3,5?) camelbak lying around so i could swap the bladders if the pantacs bladder is crappy. anybody done that?

thanks for any kind of reply

i never go without it, and probably would miss it if i lost it or broke it. I recommend just going to an Army/Navy Surplus store and just buying one there. The Real Canadian Forces one it real durable it's been through a lot and still works just fine.

I've got one hooked to my Pantac RRV, and it's great. Hydration and some extra storeage room. Great for those long mil-sims.

I've been considering going with the full setup with the vest, soft armour, and this.

it was my first game with the pantac rrv hydropack today. i cant say im pleased with the hydration system. the bladder seems OK, but the tube's switch seems to be crappy. leaks bad and there is no fixed position for having the tube open or closed. so after a few hours of trying to get the thing work right i just ripped the bladder out. i guess ill try to get a genuine camelbak system inside the pack. the quality of the pack seems awesome as always from pantac. however the buckles didnt match with my pantac rrv vest so i had to swap some buckles to get everything working together.
