Call a house meeting...lay it out. Everyone either agrees to shape up...or move out.

At this point I would talk to the campus security. If it escalates, call the police. People need to be held accountable for their actions.

If you are living in a school residence facility you are probably already in violation of the schools 'no weapon on campus policy'. Involving campus security would end up with unwanted consequences.
That being said perhaps for the time being the best solution is to get all the guns out of the house and if he doesn't comply with that then get security involved. I assume you live in a city so the option of cutting him up into little pieces and burying him in the back yard isn't an option. |

Do what should be done with anyone who indifferently or intentionally compromises the safety of others.
Fucking blanket party.

Oh snap. That's true. Don't replace his gun with a water gun. He might go and short out your electronic items....

A tornado Grenade surprise would work, but you'd have to make sure he has eye pro.
If anyone is sans proper eye pro DO NOT do that. Tornado Grenades pattern of BB spray is as bout as predictable as the phenomenon they take there name from. |

Your eye won't get a second chance after a BB hit, don't give him one either. It sounds like he's repeatedly displayed contempt to safe handling of toy guns even, leave alone real ones. Do yourself and the other roommates a favor and stop his actions one way or another.
Ask yourself this, is the friendship with/rent money from this individual worth the ongoing risk of being blinded by a ricochet? As Brian, Gotice and Tys are saying, stop shooting inside and have a house meeting to address the issue. |

I say light him up! Or beat him with a bar of Soap and a towel at night when he's sleeping. All jokes aside I would just tell him if he wants to shoot he can do it somewhere away from the rest of you. Don't let him shoot period until he gets it. Stand up to him.

This is sadly what you must do. Better to stop shooting inside than have fucking moron ( I know he is your friend) destroy someones eye or teeth.
