Official I hate Canada postal service thread!!!

Probably not CP's fault...but my 4 pistol mags I ordered from ehobbyasia has been in customs for a week now...COME ON, does it take that long to inspect 4 airsoft magazines >:C

Yeah thats not CP thats CBSA. Only took em 1 day to inspect my bolt action lol.

Keep in mind though that it sometimes take up to a week for CP to give to CBSA. So, YES, it's probably CP's fault.

TWICE in the last 5 days now, my mailman has Pre-Updated the CP tracking site to say 'no answer at door'

He comes by my house at 1230~1330 every day for the last 5 years, these updates show up on the tracking site at like 0800~1000.

I have been home all day for the last week, and this week. I have a camera on my deck and my driveway. He does not even come up the driveway, just leaves the slip in my mailbox.

very very mad.

Called Canada post.
The lady I got in touch with said he put it in the system as attempted delivery at 1200h, its only 1100 right now...
They told me to wait and see if he tries to deliver, if not, call back and they will submit a complaint for me.

I should just print off the tracking page with a note that says ''I'M HOME, DELIVER MY PACKAGE!'' and leave it in my mail box, but then it would be so awkward when he comes to the door...

They don't record.
Can't see the mailbox either because the driveway camera is pointed to where we park, not down the drive.
Either way, they have it logged that he scanned stuff into the future :P

LOL..I leave a note sometimes in my mail box as well when im expecting something important that I have paid express for. It doesn't help :/

My assclown of a postman pre fills their form out too...

I have a community mail box. They say they for certain things they don't have to put it in if it req a signature etc. I still call and complain all the time....really urks me.

Complaint lodged.

Now I get to burn my gas to drive into the post office when I paid for a service that is supposed to prevent that and was not rendered.

My mailman doesn't bother posting the slip or ringing the bell sometimes, and it's up to me to go down to the nearest post office to pick it up after I checked online that it said "delivered" even when it didn't . And when he does, he doesn't ring the doorbell, just leaves a paper saying attempted drop-off, no one at home.

Wow that's horrible! I hope they find it...

I just found out that Canada Post charges $10 for delivering a "EMS Courier" package.. So I paid extra to get faster shipping (EMS being the only option available) and then I have to pay extra again because Canada Post isn't getting paid enough by EMS to deliver it? Sadly I made 3 orders that all shipped EMS so I expect another $10 charge twice more...
