Holy fuck. This little prick needs to get a large jar of vasaline for himself. If you want to fuck around with others, make sure you can handle it when others will do that to you.
I hope the guys out in BC can help you to solve this problem.

Why don't you post his contact info up and maybe someone from around these neck of the woods can try and follow up? I highly doubt anybody will go around asking "Are you Dirty Sanchez?" at the games.

Wow thats brutal... I think you should contact the 4 main local clubs and see about having him banned from playing until this can be resolved. Its posted in his words he recieved the package, customs didnt seize anything, seems to me hes an asshat looking to make a deal on some one who cant "do" anything about it.
As a note to D.sanchez, we are an airsoft community... that includes our international friends, suck it up pay the man. Stop being a douche.

wow. WOW. That guy is just... awesome.
but he still owes you the FULL amount. regardless of whether or not he "doesn't like customs". Wtf. That's not your problem. And plus... it was most likely customs that wrote "firearm parts" on the package as that was the exact term that customs gave to me. As an importer, he HAS to know that customs reserves the right to re-classify goods if they deem it necessary for duties and such. And plus, yes, he CAN tell canada post that he was carrying firearms parts. The only thing that's prohibited for them to transport are goods that customs claims are prohibited... which general parts ARE NOT prohibited. |

Not only that but Customs Cleared the items, which means that there is absolutely no issues with Canada Post.
Heck Katey and I have a claim in with CP at the moment and they know it was a gun...... so he's lying. Dirty Sanchez if you are online and reading this thread, pay the man stop trying to con him because he's from another country. Some of the things you told him in the MSN window are straight out Bullshit. Spitfire if you get him on MSN again and I'm on add me to the conversation so you have a second witness. Man shit like this pisses me off.... I wish kneecapping was legal sometimes.... but its not so we have bans and blacklists. |

Holy fuck, I don't check these boards for a couple months and I have a 6 page thread dedicated to me? First of all, I have NOT been ignoring spitfire on msn messenger or whatever he claims. The only time I get to talk to him is between 2:30am-3:30am since he lives in Switzerland? The reason why he isn't getting his full amount of $190cdn is because all items were NOT recieved. I say customs has it, and he says wrong. Now he thinks canada post has lost it. Whether or not any of you believe me is up to you. Its not like i'm shafting the guy, if i was I wouldn't even still be chatting with him. Spitfire, I am gonna pay you, just not the full amount since I didn't recieve all the items!
I've got nothing to hide here, if you wanna contact me, msn me or e-mail me. Private messeging me on ASC won't get my attention. UNLESS there's a 6 page thread dedicated to me calling me a dirty liar. |

You're NOT getting the point.
IT DOESN'T MATTER IF CUSTOMS OR CANADA POST HAS THE ITEMS. He fulfilled his end of the bargain by sending you all the requested items. When I spoke to Canada Customs, they said that there was a trigger set and trigger guard in the package, and hence, why the package was sent to the prohibited importations unit. The CPIU eventually CLEARED those items and sent them back to the Canadian Border Services Agency who forwarded them BACK to Canada Post for transport to you. In other words, NOTHING WAS SEIZED. Had Canada Customs actually seized any goods, you would have received a letter about 3 weeks ago. DID YOU RECEIVE A NOTICE OF SEIZURE? If you did, please scan it and post it online for us to see. If you did not receive a letter, then nothing was seized. Just because the item is not in the package (that's covered with customs tape) does not mean that anything was seized. If you still have questions, call the CBSA directly for clarification. The number is posted on page 4 of this thread, as well as the inventory tracking number that I acquired for you. SPEAK TO THEM and they will describe all the parts in the package to you as they did to me. CBSA claims they released all items back to Canada Post. If that is the case, then Canada Post is responsible for refunding the cost of all missing goods to you. NOBODY here is saying you're an outright liar. You're just misinformed on the situation and shafting Spitfire by not fulfilling your end of the bargain. AS AN IMPORTER OF ANY GOODS ON CANADIAN SOIL, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOMS ISSUES. It has NOTHING to do with the exporter. READ the Canadian importation information available on their site. They don't give you that much information if it's all up to the exporter. It NEVER is. Don't take my information as coming from someone who doesn't know what he's talking about. I DO. I have been importing goods at least once a month and have dealt directly with Canada customs on many occassions for years. Specifically, I have been importing airsoft goods since 2002 on an almost monthly basis. I am familiar with how the system works, especially in regards to airsoft. If your goods are truly seized, the decision can always be appealed. With all that said, the point and fact STILL remains: Spitfire fulfilled his end of the bargain. It is YOUR DUTY to fulfill YOUR end of the bargain by paying him for what he sent to you. It's NOT his job to contact Canada Customs or Canada Post to issue you the refund/claim. That's YOUR job to recoup your costs AFTER you have paid Spitfire back. Spitfire put GOOD FAITH in you that you would be able to clear your items and pay him the money. You haven't fulfilled your end of the bargain and Spitfire has to take your slack? That's not very fair on your part and it DEFINITELY doesn't look good for international relations. COMPLETE YOUR END OF THE DEAL. Until that happens, consider your age verification status revoked as well as your field bans in place. |

Its nice to see someone being mature about this, thanks! instead of bashing on a guy who didn't even know this thread existed until his buddy sent him the link. Just because I do not Eat, Sleep, Shit and Masturabate Airsoft does not mean I'm a dead beat who does not commit to on-line transactions. What illusion has said makes a lot of sense, and has kinda made me realize it is MY fault for not really spending the time to see wtf happened to my parts. But you also have to see it from my point of view, I mean You wouldn't wanna pay full price for something to didn't recieve would you? I did recieve some of the parts, but not all the things that were agreed upon for $190. I will see if spitfire is on-line tonight and we will work something out. On a side note, for those who have flamed me in this thread, PLEASE get that sand out of your vagina's before you make e-threats without finding out the otherside of the story. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna go sell spitfire's parts on ebay and turn a profit. I'm kidding. Spitfire, please e-mail me and we'll work something out, I'm not as stubborn now i promise! , but please don't cut and paste our converstations... if you do, at least don't delete the 9 paragraphs of sexual content you sent to me late last night. Dirty Sanchez Out. |

From the call Illusion got from CDN Customs, Trigger Guard and Trigger Set was in the package, and the spring strengthener should be in it since you said you got a bunch of "rings" in the msn conversation. But the trigger guard and set itself makes up the bulk of the $190. You offer to pay $60?! It's obvious nothing was seized in this case, so if any items is missing to you (Dirty Sanchez), it's the fault of Canada Post. You should be following up with CP if items are missing, and not going "oh well, I'll negotiate a better price because some items went missing during shipping instead of claiming insurance on the shipment. I'm not judging you yet on this, but your unwillingness to discuss seems a little iffy. Why can't YOU take the initiative to email him instead of asking Spitfire to email you. If it's a CP issue, work closely with Spitfire to track the items back or your money back since Spitfire fully insured the items. |

To stop all this pointless name calling, I will call canada post today and see what happened. If the package was insured by spitfire, I SHOULD be able to get the money back, until then, I WILL send spitfire the full amount, and if I get insured by canada post that'll be even better. i know the airsoft community is very small and i know shit like this can easily get out of hand when assumptions are made. Spitfire, like i said before, e-mail me your pay pal account and we'll settle this. now if you'll excuse me, I have to get back to extorting red headed step childs, Peace. dirty sanchez. |

Dirty Sanchez, once the transaction is completed to satisfaction on both sides, we will look in to reinstating your access'. If you need any help with contacting customs or Canada Post, give me a holler and I'll see what I can do to help. |
