"Trespassers will be eaten"

(From an old James Bond movie, I think it was Live and Let Die)

ouch, that really does suck man, but with airsoft being such a tight knit group odds are someone will see them or these guys will screw up and show them in public and get the cops on em, mabey if the cops find them they will give them back to you?

mabey we should all just start putting our names on our guns that way we can tel if someone is using someone elses gun

best of luck to ya man hope they turn up, and hope i dont see some thing on the news saying "kids rob local 7/11 using replica firearms"

Agreed. Though, I'm sure my landies would come up with a much better punishment.

Too bad the law doesn't think the same way.

He was there for several days and survived on dog food, he then had the balls to sue the family. And guess what? He actually won! What a load of BS in the law system that something like this could happen.

Thats why they have a law in some states now that if someone breaks into your house, if you feel your life is in danger, you have full rights to open fire without asking questions. It's called the "Make my day" law. If you do some research on it, a lot of websites about home defense in the US will tell you it is actually better to kill an intruder than to shoot and wound them. Harder for them to sue that way, plus the cops only get to your side of the story.

I do have to agree.. But they still have rights. EX: They have the right to get their ass beat, they have the right to get the fuck out and never come back...

Oh wait. Those aren't real rights are they... *shrug* Oh well..

Seriously though, they do still have the basic human rights and that's where you get into a political gray area. But if the bastards came into my house, I'd have no problems picking up a golf club and beating their ass..
