Anyone willing to test these in an upgraded gun?? Say like a 450fps bolt action. I would but I don't really feel like taking my gun apart when it blows up in my barrel.

I'd be willing to test it, but my poor M24 need fixing.

But I'm thinking, I don't think it's going to be good in a M24, since the mag lips are really strong, and the nosle put a lot of pressure on the BB to chamber it. If I'm to try it, I'd hand load them one at the time in the chamber and carefully return the bolt to battery to prevent juicing the hopup chamber.

If you want to find the weight put them in a gun that you know the fps of on a certain bb weight and chrony it. Then use the weight of the bb with the original fps to find out the energy in joules. Then use that and the fps of the minty fresh shootings and find out the weight. Probably won't be exact but unless you've got a pretty good scale she'll do.

They are vegetable oil based so you may need Wisk to get them out of your clothes

K, I measured with a highend caliper a KSC .2g BB on average of 5.918mm and the Frisk brand Liquid Mints average 5.893mm! I don't know the diameter of that other brand however. I have yet to weigh them though :-D

I bought some yesterday, they definetly do not fit well in the gun... They're just too small to work even in my M9/M8000 springers, and they really just wander around in the workings of my P14 or P226.

The funny thing is that firing them with propane I expected some sort of bluish splat like a paintball, except that when I fired it at the target, I didn't see a damn thing.

I was wondering what was going on (the M9 springer I fired it out of didn't have enough power to break it so it just sort of bounced off the target), so I turned and fired it at a target I set up closer, It was only then that I realized that it was pretty much blowing up in barrel and sending a nice spray of minty-scented stuff all over the target...

Not exactly the greatest thing, so I have big doubts you'll be able to load them into anything hotter than a duster-gas propelled weapon... Maybe an AEP.

But, I'm thinking of getting the bigger frisk mints, which look like they'll load properly...

Man, all these people that want to know the weight, but no one that can READ

It clearly says, 30 mints, 1.8g. Which makes each of them 0.06g. That doesnt sound right however, and I highly doubt they'd be 1.8g each. I have an electronic scale, so maybe I'll pick up some of these after work.

The Hershey website, stated that the cool mints were .8g per mint, but all the other mints were 0.06...

This thread is turning into a big spam or advertisement for those minth. Funny.

.8g eh? I like that. If the "round" can be stable at high fps (unlike a paintball), coulde have it's use in sniping!
