canada and guns WTF is with that. I am willing to bet if some one broke in to my house and i where to shot him in the leg i would be jailed longer then the fucked turd that broke in to my house. i just to feel safe in my house and if some one did get to my house and i now that i can't defened myself i will say fuck it he's mine.

but seriously no joke. if some fucker broke he wont come out with my stuff he will come out with EMS saying "sir can your hear me are you ok". my friend was broking in to last week $1700 gone just gone like that. he said if he was home it would be a little different outcome. But how many of you would ethier point your gun real or airsoft at him and say 15 sec run. i would the question is would you do it.

My question is just why???? pure and simple why would you try to do any kind of crime with an airsoft or replica firearm??? WHY WHY WHY... And if they do, they are not real crimmanals they are just pussys why not use the real thing?? this way you know if you get caught it would be worth it. That would really suck to be lying beside buba for 5-10 for trying to knock over a 711 with a GBB, frig would that suck

choda_boy, Why? Because thugs in UK/Canada know that chances of bumping into a person with the real gun are slim to none. Also they know that gas station clerk will give them money 9 out of 10 times when threatened with a replica.
I've seen many people who got robbed by a teenager with "a gun". None of them were brave enough to try anything except for giving up the money. Most of people will not test their luck when it comes to "your life VS contents of you wallet". That's what thugs use all the time. Fear of being shot.

You could always keep a cheap springer on hand to "drop in the suspects hand".
Babay when I worked at a gas station we were told "give them the money", even if they were sticking you up with a finger in their pocket. I did have some one try that once and I gave the money to him because I already had his company truck licence plate. can you say armed robbery? |

I live in a bretty average neighborhood, but there a still some shady characters, I use to always think about if some one came into my house Id have my timmy (pbg) out and just let him have it. Definatly aiming for the face, no fuckin way would I roll over and just let him take my shit, and besides what if he was some mantal fuck that was going to harm my wife and daughter. Nope. Ive got a few katana's, paintball gun and now airsoft guns that are ther at my disposal. I dont think some stupid punk kid is going to challange you when hes got an m16 pointed at his face, of course going to wonder if its real, but hes really thinking, "wow, thats a really big fuckin' gun, and im not sure if it is real or not." and run especially because youve debunked his whole getting away with it mentality.

Might want to use an airsoft handgun if you were intimidating a burglar, even though it is unlikely that the burglar would even know, or be thinking straight enough to realise it, but there is a small chance that he might remember that automatic weapons are illegal in Canada

Un-Protected face+point-blank+hicap+upgraded gun= Enough to disable a bugular. Think about it they would be blinded/ in extreme pain if you let loose on them(their face).
So I think a Airsoft gun would be enough to stop them. |

For personal protection I'll take real steel over airsoft every day of the week. Seriously... Lead vs Plastic... think about it.
But back on the topic of British Airsoft being crushed, I don't see what we can do besides signing ineffectual petitions and wait and see what happens. People with British citizenship could always write their MP back home for the area their family lives but I'd co-ordinate that with the folks at ASCUK, they have some well written letters that you can use. |
