pretty spiffy loadout man...is it expensive to get stuff multicam coated from lakota? I was thinking of sending some stuff up but was unsure of the price and what kind of surfaces they could actually do it on...

IF you dont like the original in the first place then the comment about its looks maters not, as you are already biased. As fo the Comfort factor... it is peachy-keen. As with any vest there is a little discomfort, same with any protective gear,knee pads, helmet, ect... This however is very comfortable IMHO and is easy to make any movements since it is higher up and allows you to turn in ways other vest cant. I will be adding the pouches and hydrationtanks as I get them... as of rightnow it is an empty slate. The blast belt IS ridding a bit high in those pics. I had not, at that time, even tightened it or done any adjusting yet on either the belt or chassis. And the belt may actuly be a little different from the original, I do plan however to sell this belt with one of the vests and get the belt from huang that has the padded inserts. Here is a couple more pics, This one shows the front and back This shows the side This shows the double padding and cushion plates removed.

are your combat bdus from that guy huang?
do they use the crye knee/elbow pads? are they made with real multicam or reprocam? does it have the poop shoot zipper like the real thing? i would much rather have the real thing but they are IMPOSSIBLE or crazy expensive to get a hold of.... |
