I ordered one on the 11th. It's still processing too. It'll probably just show up at the door.

I'm same boat as Zeon. Ordered on 12th, still processing.
I ordered a replica v-lite at the same time, and accidentally sent it to my old address by mistake. I emailed EB not 2 hours after I'd checked out, and they responded, saying it was already shipped out, but I still see no tracking number.... :P |

Regarding the V-Lite... Depends for what you use it... I got a red one to use as a fancy reusable red chemlight replacement in night/damn/CQB games.
And a green one as a fancy reusable chemlight remplacement to strap on my pack for the end of those hikes when the sun is low (or totally down). (both just so we see eachother and so ATVs don't run us over... it's usually not possible in the trails we hike in, but it almost happened once and I want to make sure it never happens)

Well, to me they almost seem like a good idea except for the non-replaceable battery.
If the real one was $15 like the repro then maybe, but for $40 that would piss me off. Quote:
That's for the Element ones (that aren't released yet, AFAIK); but there's some ACM clones that are "correctly" labelled ("V-LITE")

So I ordered mine on the 11th. I got my tracking number about 10-15 mins ago... oh well at least I now have a tracking number and I dont really need it anytime soon. It will be a nice treat once I get back to Kingston and am able pick it up at the Orderly room with my M5 rail hopefully!

We are waiting to see when the batteries dies so we can open it and look if we can make something custom... But this item is regulated by US custom so no real steal will be shipped here... anyone have tried the Clone one?

I don't think they are getting at the fact that the counterfeit v-lites either say e-lite or v-lite on them.
I think they are more concerned about counterfeit equipment in general and that bogus products steal from the companies that developed them. They are also concerned that real operators will get confused and purchase a counterfeit v-lite, when in fact they thought they were getting a genuine product. Although extreme, this could possibly result in mission failure or worse yet, injury or even death. Always ensure that you purchase your equipment from an authorized seller. Generally, if the deal seems to good to be true, it is. Remember, buy quality, cry once.

Non IR V-Lites are not ITAR controlled.
