Are the dots on these adjustable? The EB one says the Micro T-1s aren't adjustable. Are these the same model?

Mine is fully adjustable. The screw on the sight is for windage. the screw on the top is for elevation. The screw cap is the adjustment tool, no need wrench or somthing.
