I was wondering who wrote the story for Global? I was surprise on their positive take on airsoft while this article takes a whole different turn. Will that person at Global write anymore about the merits of Airsoft and how responsible players play? Or was that a one time show?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure this article was posted a few weeks back from another paper. IIRC, the writer is a freelance journalist who writes whatever he needs to in order to get published, be it ill-researched or simply sensationalized.

She did mess somethings up, but overall it was alright.

Aqua, we are going to the star pheonix this week. Bring some some rope, a honey ham, some pipe tobaco and a see if you can track down that missing python that was stolen from the zoo.

Yeah I saw this in our paper as well. Fucking dumbass doesn't know that isn't actual airsoft.

He also complains that "people are actually SHOOTING each other with these things!".

Well no kidding fucktard, that's the point of our sport.

I found it especially funny that he first says something about "large plastic BBs" and then goes to say that they are smaller than paintballs... This guy's head must be elsewhere than on his shoulders...

Unless I'm not remembering right, paintball is 17mm and airsoft is 6mm... he says something about it being half the size of a paint ball, but I think he fails at math also... closer to 1/3, but now I'm just being anal lol

Well feel free to contact the original paper that it was written in and complain. I'll be sending in a letter to the local paper. T7, Styrak, I suggest you boys consider doing the same.

"Large BB Bullets" .... I smiled when I read that.

We could do one better, and re-write his entire article with facts. As if we were proof-reading it for him.

Submit the "corrections" to the Gazette, and see if a retraction gets published.

Hmmm... sounds like a project I can get behind.

Screw BC... I'm moving to Saskat... shit... I forgot how to spell the rest... that place where T7 and Aqua get into all kinds of shennanigans.

Hmph, you can tell this author was about to get fired because he had nothing to write, so he took a random type of sport and called it dangerous.
