Since I had the pic online for another thread, here's a current work in progress:
 Needs some more internals. Externally I'm waiting on a new steel bushing and recoil spring plug. After I find a place to get it anodized or otherwise figure out how to refinish it properly, I plan on dehorning it, and lowering and flaring (roll over notch) the ejection port. Ultimately may get some Springfield trademarks engraved, too. Mag bodies should probably get polished to a stainless-like finish, too. Eventually may mount a TLR-1 on it.

kos, what do you think of the AS slides compared to SD and PGC. I'm thinking of building another TM G17 soon after I start building the TM MEU and I want to try out the AS slides.

Drake, I believe DJbordie on the forums has the answers you need. As for engraving, he can take care of that personally.
Krame, these slides are probably the nicest I've seen. Coincidentally, it took me only 45 SECONDS to install this. Believe me when I say they're TOP NOTCH. I'd buy more if I had more glocks. |
