+1. Most of my AEGs have either Systema 6.04 or Prometheus 6.03 tightbores and have never had any problems with BB Bastards. My MP7 (now sold) was using a PDI 6.01mm and it loved Scarecrow's BBs.

so would BB Bastard BB's be good in a 6.02 or 6.01 tightbore barrel? or should i just use a 6.03 inner barrel?

I honestly think it would be a lot easier for you to understand if you have some hands-on AEG experience.
Because for first timers, you are very likely to lose the hop up rubber when trying to install a new tightbore. Again, upgrades should only be done only after you've understood and have had problems with your AEG, and had some "take down" experience, doing maintenance or unjamming procedures. Stock guns perform almost flawlessly. My TM M4A1 was so accurate with 0.25g BBs that I thought it was real steel. And it's only 6.08mm. Stock barrels work great, it's only after that you start scratching it or stop doing proper maintenance that you start experiencing innacuracies. Tightbore right away is definitely not necessary. |
