Whenever this comes up, I am always reminded of this news story

Quote:
] A police shooting at a Los Angeles Halloween party has claimed the life of an actor.

Anthony Dwain Lee, 39, was attending a crowded Halloween party in the Benedict Canyon area of Los Angeles early Saturday morning when L.A. police officer Tarriel Hopper shot him several times through a glass door from the outside of the house.

Lee was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.

The Los Angeles Police Department was responding to calls complaining about the noisy party. And according to a statement released by the LAPD, Hopper opened fire at Lee when the victim pointed at police with what turned out to be a fake gun.

Among Lee's screen credits are the 1997 Jim Carrey hit comedy "Liar Liar," the critically acclaimed CBS drama "Brooklyn South" and an upcoming episode of "ER."

Just goes to show you that even on halloween you shouldn't do stupid things with guns, like point them at people. Also goes to show you actors aren't the brightest, they just get paid to act that way.

i went to a house party last night dressed in my cadpat and a ghillie suit with my m4+m203 and usp. however everyone at the party knows me verry well. if your using your guns just make sure the environment your in is ok with it. and be ready to loose them if somone has a problem with them. better to put them away than have the cops called by somone who dosnt realise they are not real.

o and Todd Bertuzi has ditched his stick and decided to play with this from now on.

The last time I did something like this I was sure to put a bright transparent flourescent green plastic cap pistol in the holster. In this way there was never any doubt that it was a toy. Most people didn't even think cap pistol, they thought squirt gun.

EDIT: I should clarify this was for the office halloween thing and no drinking was involved.

OMG... today after the airsoft game down at Panther Paintball
reppin the 604 Vancouver.... uhh I went to the liqur store on the way back and there was a 20-24 year old male, wearing woodlands BDU's, black boots, grey t shirt...AND A F**KING DROPLEG HOLSTER WITH A BB GUN IN IT. I was about to call the police when I looked over and he showed the gun to an employee and it turned out to not be real, after leaving the cashier I tried to see where he went but couldent find him, was going to tell him its not smart to carry that around.

I think its best to leave those kinda people alone & let the police or anyone else for that matter, wipe them out.

Do the world a small favour. Forget issueing common sense, just issue death.
