Man, I wish I could get myself to pick up the tab when I bail out the door after a night of drinking with myself. Am such a cheap bastard that drinks way too efficiently (read, high tolerance). Ok, myself & I are confused now.

Lol, I can just see him having two computers set up in front and behind him and a spinning office chair messaging with himself.

When people need to get ahold of someone regarding a sale, they post on here asking if anyone knows why no communication is happening, and in those cases 90% of posters offer info, not flames. Maybe the occasional joke, but still.........
Come on, give me some credit man. Yes, I knew this thread was a joke.

I realize he was joking around, but it just upset me seeing people joking around about actual cases were people are getting screwed within our community. That is all. None-the-less, I have to admit that I chuckled at a few posts in this thread, so there's no hard feelings or anything like that. I know they are all good guys.

I've had a few people offer their help, and one has assured me that the individual that I'm having problems with will get in contact with me. So far nothing, but I'm still optimistic... for now.

Ah, ok, fair enough. Your post just seemed "out of place" among all the humour on here is all. Hehe

Shit I miss that...

We need to play again. Take an AH1, you drive and I'll shoot. Operation Poncho Down: he's out there somewhere, and the beers ain't getting colder.

Dman i'd be happy to help you - give me the tel number of the guy who's giving you an issue and i'll call him right now. Just give me the details.

The whole point of this thread isn't to make fun of anyone's situation - it's really a joking way to point out that these sorts of threads are getting WAY out of control. What's the core of the issue here in all of this? Poor communications? False expectations? And why is this dirty laundry being hung for everyone in the community to see?

Makes us all feel like a bunch of pirates fucking eachother over, a situation where no one trusts anyone, and that whole 'trust me with your life but not your money or your wife' sort of deal. There's over 5 threads this month on this!!

I'm by no means saying that you shouldn't bring this sort of behaviour to someone's attention, but at the same time, use due dilligence. There's a million reasons why someone would not answer their phone/email/PM. By no mean's give anyone more than the benefit of the doubt - but if it gets to this - call the guy. It makes all the difference. Or talk to his team mate/friend/mother....mmmm, mother....sorry...

Cheers, and best of luck.

Ooooh - don't forget that time in the MH-6 with Drake, Groombug, Viper and Poncho while we were RTB - and that Shilka popped up over the horizon and let off a few rounds - my my my, weren't we so FORTUNATE to have Groombug block all those 23mm rounds shot at us.

See? Groombug is useful in a helo...just got to make sure he's sitting in the right spot.

But.............. lt_poncho screwed you over into paying his bar tab AND the strippers as well, that is at LEAST a more important issue than anything airsoft related.............. I mean, it involves booze & 'neked wimen', that should give this type of thread priority!!!!! I mean, even most Chairsofters haven't experienced that!!! Lmfao

I understand where you are coming from, and the point of this thread. I'm sorry I sounded a bit more harsh that I meant to. I also agree there is a trend occuring now, and that it's getting rather pitiful seeing that the general discussion forums seems to be simply filled with these kind of thread.

I've PM'd you regarding the details of the sour deal.

Thanks again.
