It was designed by Digital Concealment Systems along with Propper though

Eventually it will be available in woodland colors but at this time just the ACU colors.

camo looks great. looks like a digital blend of ACU and desert. Will this replace multicam? Im not sure. But it looks very nice.

If you look close though there is a difference. The reason being is earlier this year someone released pictures calling it the new ATAC camo coming out. Turns out though those pictures were of the prototype ATAC which was slightly different than was released officially. Those clones are copying the prototype ATAC.

A-TACS is a digital camo - just not pixelated.

Old news, A-TACS was announced over a year ago.

Unlike MC, A-TACS is a being made a lot cheaper to license, which is why many companies have already added it to their lineup. A number of rigs and pouches are already on the market (TAG, among other companies, picked it up), BDUs are still rare and expensive but Propper has now picked it up and will be making BDUs in A-TACS in 2011.

"ACU" (the clothing pattern) and "UCP" (the camouflage pattern), while used interchangeably by laymen, should not be confused: A-TACS has nothing to do wit UCP.

Upon closer inspection, this camo is essentially a digital multicam, but with slightly less green.

I never said it was new just newer. November this year is when they announced that Propper will be producing the line for sale in Spring of 2011, starting with ACU, slings, packs, boots, etc. Combat Shirts and Boonies will come at a later date.

IT IS NOT DIGITAL!!!! for crying out loud it does not have a digital pattern! it is organic! look at it! its not pixelated or squares! look up pencott and it is basically like the same concept! Andt plus one to drake! this pattern has been released a year ago! been eyeing it since forever! And the manufacturing of it does not follow patterns like what they do with digital stuff like cadpat or UCP.No they manufacture it differently.

Edit: Yeah ITS tactical actually announced that propper was making this available in ACU in 2011 last month. And yes I was freaking out like a tween who is at a Beiber concert!
