Another Trade Dispute - Requesting Help from ASC Members, particularly players in New Brunswick

When I inquired with him about his two M93Rs I asked him to do local since his profile said Mississauga ..next thing you know he asks me for EMT has he's not in Calgary.

Last I checked with his previous deal which was UNRESOLVED as I asked Drake about it the guy was from NB ...I had ILLusion check his IPs and it turns out he's been using a proxy to mask his location.

I hope some guys over on the East coast can help those having problems out.

Sorry to say it, but that one really sounded too good to be true (seriously a new tm glock for $200 and 3 of them at that?), and the fact that he had a trade dispute going on before he listed those is another red flag.

Mods should've temp. revoked his av status until that first one was settled.

Call me captain obvious but if you were scammed, at the very least neg his Trader Rating to warn further victims that may not notice this thread.

One thing guys, Please do not harass him in any way shape or form. This information is only so that the people involved can attempt to contact him in some way to complete the transactions that he accepted money for.

We are adults here and I sincerely hope that we can Deport ourselves in a manner befitting that mantle.

If he refuses to communicate with the people involved through any of these channels then I suggest that the parties involved consider taking the next logical step.

And as mentioned, no one should use the info to harass or threaten the guy, especially if you aren't directly involved in a pending trade. Lynch mob isn't going to help potentially defrauded buyers any if they decide to go to the cops or take legal action.

His AV has been suspended with a warning added to his tag, and warning PM sent.

this morning someone got on the ANB boards looking for Ddelz about a g36c that hadn't been sent. I thought this was jareyes looking for his 1911 money and so i came here and saw all these posts about other gun deals that I hadn't heard about and I'm shocked.

if any of you who have had gun deals with him and can send me proof that you've sent money and haven't received your gun then I promise there will be action taken. I can't say I can get your money back, but if this is true I can tell you he won't be playing in NB anymore. I'm going to go look for his sales threads now, I know which guns he had and which he didn't. I will however keep an open mind because I can't believe (at this point) he would do this sort of thing.
