From what I hear depending where you order it from I guess.
I believe Canada, does not have import restrictions in regards to vests and the such, not that I know of atleast. The US however I believe has some form of export restriction on certain types of vests. If you are ebaying from overseas, I do not believe there should be an issue. Dont hold me to that though.

Buy Canadian
From a local surplus of Tactical gear store
or from retailers, such as one shot tactical, why give your money to a stranger? support your local economy then no issues

The store I go to for surplus gear doesn't have the kind of vest I'm looking for plus all other vests they have are worth more then I'd like to spend in this time. Moz had one awile ago I was interested in but things kinda screwed up alot on my part and yeah, going to be messaging him in a day or 2
Thanks though so far from all help peoples! |

You can get an good imitation vest for about 60 bucks. Looks like the real thing, no kevelar. Check your local army surplus stores.

Imitation vests are just that, and few come close to real vest quality (certainly not in the $60 range, that's junk gear)

I ordered a vest from Speedy Toys just earlier this month, and it came in absolutely fine.
