Gun Doesn't Feed Unless Mags Half Full....

Hey Guys,

Having this weird issue with my VFC HK416c, build list as follows:

SHS 16.1 Gears with sector delay chip
Prometheus Hard Tappet Plate
SHS 14 tooth Piston
Prometheus Cylinder
Prometheus POM Cylinder head
Lonex cylinder head
Stock VFC air nozzle
Stock VFC Rotary Hop up
Madbull 363mm 6.03 tightbore
Modify Flat hop nub/bucking
SHS High Torque Motor
BTC Spectre Mk.II
Lonex M120

SO heres the problem knowing this gun is a 416c I purchased mags that I know would feed so I am running PTS EPM mags and Amoeba Mags. Both feed flawlessly in my VFC VR16 but when I use them in my 416c they jam and miss feed for the first 30-50 rounds then the mag feeds flawlessly. Also if I do get them to feed in the first 30 rounds they double shoot or I get 50-250 fps readings, when I normally get 394-396fps... I've tried five brands of bb's as well (elite force, BB bastard, Valken, golden ball, silver bullet). I also tried a lonex hop up unit as well. Can someone please give me some insight on what it could be. I'm pretty sure its magazine/magazine well related.

Thanks,
Jordan Santos

Put silicone oil on the hop up rubber whenever replacing a new hop up rubber.

Clean barrel as necessary.

And then have a look at this: http://www.airsoftcanada.com/showthread.php?t=169828

Have fun!
