Anyone having issues ordering from Milsig?
I placed an order on Jan 6 for two GBB mags. My order has been sitting with the status "Paid Pending Shipping" ever since.
I called last week and explained that it had been over a week and my item had the same status. I was assured that it had shipped, but the site had just not been updated to reflect it. He said I should be getting my order in the next few days. Yesterday marks 2 weeks since I ordered and I still haven't received anything and their site still shows the same status. I live about an hour from their store... It shouldn't take this long. I received an order from Trigger Airsoft (Located in the same city as Milsig) in one day just before Christmas. Is this common practice for them? If so I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. |

Sounds like you need to call them up again and complain until you get something free. I would. Especially when an employee tells you something has shipped when it hasn't. If it is still sitting there, then you should get some sort of compensation as that business lied to you.
Or it could be stuck in Canada post hell. Working in a position that had items shipped frequently I can tell you that sometimes shipping items doesn't make sense. Seriously one item could ship easily, the other takes a fucking circle tour to PEI first. |

Lol I have many a gift cards from milsig for this exact senario, call ask for the manager and tell him what happened and they should with toss in a freebie or a gift card for the hassle. They are a huge multi million dollar company don't worry about them running off with your cash.

I've dealt with Milsig a few times. They are a little overpriced in my opinion, but the store and product is legit. Nice guys to deal with as well. If call them, it was just the holiday season.

I never ordered stuff from milsig since it's 20mins away (same as trigger)
But yeah, they probably fk'ed up..canada post is not great but shouldn't be that bad..I rather buy from trigger tho, because of the ridiculous price milsig puts up.

Little? It's cheaper to buy from most out-of-country shops and ASK to pay the UPS brokerage fee.

I'm having this EXACT same problem. Purchased a pistol off them on the 28th of January. Checking my order and it STILL says that it's Paid Pending Shipping... not exactly happy!

For the price you pay to deal with them, the item should be shipped the day before you ordered...
