Update on my part:

Guy is back from vacation, probably saw the paypal dispute and surprise, a new tracking number (with no explanation whatsoever) in an email and paypal comment.

Apparently left HK on the 25th. Leaving dispute open until I receive the package. Looks like I will finally get it... Probably too late for the game on the 7th unfortunately...!

Update time. They refunded me for 1 of the missing Pmags (No explanation or anything, just a random paypal refund for the amount I paid). Sent me 2 bogus tracking numbers for the missing BDUs and still no package at the door. I sent him another message. Timely, but very poor communications. I'm pretty sure I'm boned.

Just got a refund today for the last missing item so everything is good now. The advice to tell them exactly what is missing in every e-mail is spot on.
To summarize:
Ordered: may 8th
Items shipped: may 10th
Partial Items received:May 28th
First partial refund (without asking):June 8th
Rest of refund received: June28th
Usually good service from these guys, but they should probably have a system to see if items are in stock to avoid mess ups like this.

It would be fairly hard to have a system that can handle that load that quickly. You have to remember EBA is the second biggest airsoft website out there.

That's what a computer is for.

That's why I suspect he doesn't really hold it all. He takes the orders in, goes out the next day and loads up from his vendors and then sends out what he's got.

update from my order i got 1 of the 2 packages and only 3 of the 8 items ordered and i do keep checking the other tracking number but nothing comes up so hopefully nothing goes wrong with that package fingers crossed! and when i get a update ill update everyone here!

i know it hasn't been a day yet but i emailed him through both, throught the contact us on the site and i also emailed his wwygood@gmail.com so hopefully i get atleast one response!
