Obscure Russian Kit.

I think I posted this a long time ago before, but searching I can't find anything. So here it goes...

I'm looking for a really obscure piece of russian kit.

That cape that Jude Law is wearing. I know it isn't "made for the movies" and was actually issues to Russian soldiers, however, I have no fucking clue what the hell it is called.

Any help in IDing it would be great, and even more appreciative would be a location to pick one up in the Toronto area.

It's called a Plash-palatka. It was the standard issue shelter quarter for russian soldiers in the Great Patriotic War (WWII).

On the same page as Enemy at the Gates, does anyone know where I can get Konigs cape/jacket? The one he wears in the tractor factory scene, where he gets shot in the hand. I would like it to use in the winter. Thanks.
