Shipping clone acog from china?

I bought 2 acog replicas from 2 different retailers in China. both are full trademark models I just got an email and it appears the first of which was sent back by customs, and they now have sent it again without asking which I probably would've advised against. The second is still on its way so I guess we will see. I just kinda ordered them not thinking it would be an issue, will I receive them? or can you not get that kind of stuff into the country?

No reasons why an Acog wouldn't make it here that I can think of

ordered a "shock proof" Elcan from china, made through ok but slowly

I've ordered a Acog with marking and it made it to me just fine, mind you it wasn't checked but I think in your case it was just a CBSA agent with too much time on there hands and/or is looking for a promotion.

Okay good to hear. The reason I ordered 2 was because the first one I ordered I realized after wasn't correct for the USMC M4 build im planning, it was one with the doctor sight and shorter fibre optic. So its the second one (with full length fibre optic and no doctor) is what I really want anyway.
