stand alone launcher legality
Dumb question is it legal to import a stand alone launcher just the grip itself not with a M203 attached?

It's just a piece of metal/plastic. There's no prohibited parts like a rifle receiver or pistol frame.
However CBSA might give you trouble anyway, but it would be completely legal to import.

maybe get whoever i buy it off of to remove anything that refers to 40MM or launcher.
