EMT & Direct Deposit Payments

Do I need to setup something in my bank account to be able to accept EMT payments? What bank account information should I give to a buyer if they choose to pay me by direct deposit? Sorry for the newb questions, I just opened up a bank account and can now accept these forms of payments. Where as before, I was only able to accept cash up front and money orders.
