mosfet v3 gb.

looking into getting a mosfet for my cyma ak. but since im new to the "mosfet world" im not to sure how to solder it (where). do i need to modify my switch assembly in any way? which mosfet unit would u recommend? I looking into shooting a lot of semi auto and read that a mosfet is a good idea for prolonged semi firing. if you guys have a diagrame for the connection point or what not that would be great. let me know what you guys think.
