Depending on the strength of the magnet and how the wireing is inside the weapon (as long as the wires are not twisted) it SHOULD be fine.
af all the wire in the weapon are running paralell and/or twisted.... might be a proble depending on the strength of the magnet. Could mess with the amprage.
