Personally I think the CF armour is retarded. It's designed so you can wear our useless POS tac vest overtop. Why can't they just use something USEFUL and MODULAR off the shelf that already has been proven, like CIRAS, etc? |
Probably because they are the cheapest thing to make that would be effective. It seems every contract in the CF is given to the lowest bidder.
