Keep in mind that while upgrading an AEG is important, you also need to make sure you won't be doing any damage to the gun itself. As a general rule of thumb, the more rigid the spring, the more stress it puts on the AEG. Also, keep in mind that when you upgrade to a more rigid spring, you might also want to consider buying a stronger battery. I'm not sure what kind of battery you're using at the moment, you didn't list it in the post, but with a more rigid spring, it takes more energy to draw the piston back, and thus a bigger battery will perform better, as well as potentially increase your RoF.
