AK's are on the proposed ban list for the new AWB, as well as the AR, HK91 and pump shotguns.

Who knows if will actually go through, but considering they have Democratic control of the houses, it's very possible.

And the American public is sure scared of it, try buying guns and parts down down there, there's wait times extending into 2010 for some stuff, and ammo is in short supply.

But this is a little off-topic for the purposes of which M4 is better. That's my fault though, I'm just an off-topic whore I guess.
