Contact the guy (email, pm whatever) and ask for a specific list of what's upgraded and what's not.
Make sure to ask how much he gamed it, if there's any known issues etc.
Post that info up here then, and we'll try to give you a better value range. If you can, toss up some pictures on here as well.
EDIT: Also find out if he's the first owner or if he bought it used.
