Don't think so...
If I recall correctly, neither the aftermarket slides nor the after market chamber blocks come with the screw. However, there's nothing stopping from reusing the screw if you still have it.
The rear bomar sight doesn't need a screw to hold it to the slide. It's held on by the dovetails and a little "lining up ridge" on it's underside.
