Rule of thumb: most receivers have two main parts. Usually, whatever makes the thing go boom will have the serial number on it. Usually, the part with the serial number is restricted.
Therefore, stuff like GBB barrels and slides may pass, as should a P90 lower or an Armalite upper.
However, it's pretty frackin' random when you get an uninformed custom's agent.
