I never really considered protecting the flashlight glass but thinking about it, first thing you shoot at in a night or low light game is the flashlight when it's turn on.

If you're lucky enough not to break your girlfriend's hair dryer, you can ask me or Amos to cut you a clear polycarbonate disk to protect your light.
