Unless it's raining. Seems that the "Achillie's Heel" of the PTW is moisture getting in around the trigger contacts. Lutnit has had this problem, and at the Muskoka game last weekend, Scarecrow's PTW went to sleep becuase of it as well.

Best to have a PTW with you, and a spare reliable AEG as a back up if it's going to be a wet game.
I have played all winter here in Victoria with my ptw without any moisture issues, not one and if you have ever been to the westcoast you understand how much rain we get, then a few weeks ago i was at a milsim and I had my ptw go into the "burst only" mode due to moisture in the contacts. Go figure, since it was may and it was barely raining in the morning, and sunny in afternoon, proably 3-4 hours after the rain stopped the gun started to shoot in burst only. Not a big deal, easy enough fix, dry it out and its been fine since. But i do agree, a bit of an achillies heel and whos' to say that next time it won't fire at all cause of the issue, I may have just got lucky
