There are no metal grip frames in existence, not even for real steel, afaik.

Hi-Capas are based on the three-piece 2011 / double-stack design, which is considerably different from the two-piece 1911 / single-stack design (excluding grip panels).

... unless you're referring to the mid-frame, in which case, it's already metal.
