I have a fully upgraded M4 and am confused as to why my ROF is diminishing.

I have a fully upgraded systema gear box, with high torque gears to pull the 150% spring back.

I have put a Turbo 3000 motor in to get things moving.

I have tried bigger batteries with no help.

On semi auto, the gun is hesitant, and slow to wind, and on full its not as quick as i would like. I am looking for realism out of the ROF for my m4...

My guesses are, poor wiring, shitty battery ( I have a volt meter and its putting out 11v from a 9.6v), motor is too weak, or its cause i went with high torque gearing...

Could use your help, if you have had a similar problem.
