If I'm reading this question correctly - You should be able to use any make/model of m4/m16 magazine, (e.g. TM, CA, MAG, etc...) and same goes for the box-mag I imagine:/ but If I were you I would stick with the CA box-mags, they would most likely work the best with a CA249.
