The San Francisco here in the Medicine Hat Mall sells them. What pieces of crap! I work security in the mall and have seized many of them from kids who are shooting them through the mall. Although the store does have a sign "Must be 18+ to buy and to look at". I've caught the staff on numerous times selling them to minors. I've brought this to the General Manager of the mall attention, but he shrugs it off stating that he can't dictate what stores sells.
