tm m4a1 - loud mechbox after repair
alrite, where shall i begin.. i have a tm m4a1 new type with a version 2 mechbox, no upgrades, all stock.. just recently my spure gear stripped which really messed things up inside.. i managed to get a brand new TM replacement spur gear, in which i decided to try and install myself.
well.. the gun shoots now, everything seems to be fine, EXCEPT it seems to be making a whole lot more noise than it used to. i lubed the bushings, and the new spur gear, but i may have left out a shim or 2, could any please tell me if the shims would the cause of the excess noise, or if it's something else..
any help would be apprectiated.. thanks.
