1. It comes with everything you need. I will take some pics later of just the mag.
2. Its not that loud, to say that in perfect quiet its somewhat anoying, but since it only feeds while you shoot, you probably wont hear it over the mechbox. Since I have had a chance to actually use it since my batteries for my G36 haven't arrived yet, I will be posting more info on Saturday Night.
