He has an aluminum piston and head, as mentioned in another thread. That is NOT a good combination.
Adding a 400FPS spring. Bang. Even a systema mechbox can be broken. The nozzle thing could contribute to it though. Even a heavier BB weight theoretically could help
Change both right away and hope the crack doesn't spread.
