The new ICS has a new finish and Colt trademarks, as well as a Turbo 3000 motor, said to be lightyears better.
Though, I really like my CA. The ROF is kickass too.
Internals are compatable too... I like that, though, split gearbox is a turn on... but crap-compatibility screwed that off.
Personally... it's CA for me.
(Yes, I did own a ICS)
EDIT - Sorry I can't be more helpful, get it and be happy. I'm not taking the time to write a damn review because you can't search further than the retailer's description.
