I bought a TM G36C a few months ago and after shooting it a little I thought I'd give myself a Christmas gift and upgrade it a bit. After reading these forums and the advice within This is what I went for. I'm doing the work this weekend

Systema M120S spring
"metal bushings
" Std Gear set
" Polycarb piston+head (also have aluminum, which should I install?)
"spring guide w/bearing
nozzle
420mm 6.03mm barrel and a King Arms silencer to cover
matching cylinder
Large foregrip and a 3000maH 8.4 v battery (not really concerned about high ROF, it should be ok)

I also purchased some cosmetic accessories (foregrip,Aimpoint replica etc...)

I thought this would make a decent all around gun and it does look cool.
I have been trying to get some of my friends in my regiment to get into the sport and after seeing the thing they are getting ready to place their respective orders.

I feel confident in doing the mechbox stuff but what have you guys found to be the best lubricants for the gearbox and piston etc... Any experience with synthetics?
