If you’re clicking it because you want some then I’d recommend doing your own eBay search for them, and taking special care to check that they’re shipping from Canada.

Can confirm that some of these eBay sellers list the items incorrectly. Bought a UV-5R a few weeks ago from a seller that listed the item in Toronto but it ended up shipping from China
