Energy [Joules] = 0.5 * Weight [kg] * (Velocity [m/s])^2
Example:
W = 0.2 g = 0.0002 kg
V = 399 FPS = 121.615 m/s
E = 0.5 * 0.0002 * (121.615)^2
E = 1.479 Joules
