Courses are normally posted here in ths events sections.
They run all day normally (9am-5pm) give or take. some will start later and some will finnish faster or run longer depending on many factors.
Ther are also held at many locations. I cant recall one near Oshawa recently but once the outdoor season gets underway events will pop up.
the last one I was going go attend was near georgetown so not super far from you.
