There are two systems with AEG M14:
G&G (with Classic Army copying them)
Tokyo Marui (with everyone else copying them)
The magazines are compatible within the system (indiviual experience may vary due to tolerance) and not compatible between systems.
There was once I tried to modify a CYMA (Tokyo Marui system) M14 magazine to work on a G&G M14, and failed to make it feed reliably... But that's another story.
