I actually found tight-fit STANAG mag pouches to work perfectly with these. If you've got a couple to spare, it's worth trying out. Just make sure they're not too loose; I kept the original straps that come attached to the mag pouch, but repositioned and re-tied them so that they wrap around the pouch, rather than normal, where they hang over top, as part of holding the STANAG in. For best performance, I suggest changing out the pin for a much shorter one, and putting them in top-first.
