Hi there, hope this is the right place to ask this.

A while ago my ics m16 was wounded, as the full stock ripped off the receivers, breaking both top and bottom

and my queston is, can an ics m4 reciever fit the same upper gearbox as my m16 had? I put some upgrades into that upper gearbox and my knowledge of internals was about as far as being able to take that gearbox out of the top reciever.. I wouldn't dare ever open it up.

So all I want to do is take my old upper gearbox from the m16 and throw it into an ice m4 that I my buy ( was never really into m16 anyway)
